AT MIDNIGHT - 31ST JANUARY '02 THE BORDER COLLIE RESCUE FOOT and MOUTH FARM DOG RESCUE PROGRAM OFFICIALLY CLOSED
211 DOGS WERE RESCUED BY BCR FROM AFFECTED FARMS DURING THE FOOT AND MOUTH OUTBREAK.
